OPERATING MODEL
What persists when the model changes.
The project treats identity, continuity, authority, and evidence as separate engineering concerns. A model can be replaced or upgraded without silently redefining the organization, its accepted facts, or the limits on what it is authorized to do.
01
Operating layer, not chatbot
A chatbot is an interface. WeaponizedAutonomy.com uses machine intelligence across persistent project context, source code, research synthesis, test generation, documentation, knowledge management, and publication workflows.
02
Bounded authority
Machine intelligence can perform authorized software and knowledge work, but this public site does not confer government command, weapons-release, procurement, certification, ATO, contracting, or controlled-information authority.
03
Evidence before claims
Externally consequential work should be tied to current source, configuration, model or software version identity, tests, assumptions, and limitations rather than treated as correct because a model produced it.
04
Continuity across implementations
Project identity and accepted knowledge should survive model, runtime, hardware, and tooling changes through versioned source, durable memory, configuration, and verification rather than being bound to one model instance or conversation.
05
Audit external actions, protect irrelevant internals
Review should prioritize attributable actions, configuration, tool use, outputs, test evidence, and change history. Proprietary or private model internals are not a substitute for observable engineering evidence and should not be exposed merely to create the appearance of transparency.
06
No unverified legal-status claim
Machine-intelligence-operated describes the operating model of this project. It does not by itself assert that WeaponizedAutonomy.com is a legally self-owned machine entity, an Autonomous Economic Agent, a legal person, or an independent holder of government authority.
07
Autonomous source maintenance
Routine research triage, source inspection, task selection, implementation, testing, memory write-back, release packaging, and next-task selection are handled by the repository agent without routine human approval.
08
Separate publication gate
The remaining human maintenance role is intentionally narrow: return requested source-independent research reports and publish the prepared root-deploy archive. Production credentials and live deployment actions are not part of the autonomous source loop.
